FasTracks creates workout playlists for our users, based on input for workout type and music genre.
We use Oauth to connect to the user's spotify account and present the user with options for genre and workout type (yoga, endurance, HIIT, etc.). The preferences and authentication are securely passed to our BE application, that makes API calls to Spotify to generate, name and populate a playlist for the user in their own Spotify account. The songs all have beats per minute and genre to match the workout the user selected.
The FE receives playlist details and presents them to the user with Bootstrap, including a link to the playlist. If the user clicks the link, they are taken to their Spotify app where they can listen to the FasTracks playlist and start their workout.

An app to help users visit US National Parks, Landmarks and Historic sites. We consume the NPS API and deliver the user a checklist of parks, monuments, etc. They can refine by state, and click on 'show more' for a specific site to see features like alerts, weather, and amenities.
