About me
Building web applications these last few months, I was driven by the challenge and intellectual novelty of each project. Through this appetite for knowledge, I quickly became a resource for folks working on a variety of projects by embracing an ability to handle context switching and by creating resources to share learning with those working along side me.
I'm currently exploring Front-end tools like React and Svelte to have a more well rounded understanding of web development, while also cultivating a growing appreciation for power of the tools associated with strongly typed languages like Rust.
When I'm not hacking away at a side project you'll find me exploring the outdoors, climbing at my local gym, or reading a book.

StreamLined is a tool to track movies and TV shows a user would like to watch, are currently watching, or have watched. The user is able to search for movies and TV shows by title, view the media details, and save to a list in their dashboard. Once a user has finished watching their show or movie, the user will be able to provide reviews and ratings.

In the face of an increasingly hostile political climate towards LGBTQ+ individuals, it's more important than ever to provide safe spaces for homeless LGBTQ+ youth, we wanted to make an app that would let vulnerable youth search for LGBTQ+-friendly shelters across the United States but a national database of LGBTQ+-friendly shelters didn't exist.
This application is designed to fill that void. It allows users to add a shelter to a growing list, and rate those lists based on how queer friendly, safe, or clean they are.
