About me

Hi, my name is Shawn Lee. I am a back-end developer, with a background in technical support at Xfinity. My duties at Xfinity involved resolving customer’s technical issues and level 2 escalated tickets. Working at xfinity made me realize my love for problem solving and the satisfaction you get from giving customers permanent results for the services they paid for. Eventually the problems and duties became repetitive and I began to feel a bit stagnant. I came to a point where I wanted more education to further my growth. That’s how I came upon Turing.
