About me

Goal-driven developer with strong leadership aspirations and key strengths in critical thinking. Ever since I was little, I have loved breaking things down to see the mechanics of how things are built. My passion to succeed also started when I was young and realized I could sell things for profit. At the age of 13, I built my first company which became Collection Io. Collection was a PR management team that provided opportunities to help others build passive income streams. At the peak, Collection Io was bringing in $10,000 in revenue each month. In addition to my first company, I have gained experience in construction management during my time at Lucas Fine and Finish Painting. During my time as a supervisor, I learned the importance of strong communication and strong systems to ensure the best product. After selling Collection Io, I have decided to take on my next challenge and become a software developer. I will be graduating from the Turing School of Software and Design in a few weeks. If you want to add an innovative problem solver who loves working with people to your team, please reach out.

Welcome to SquadFinder! This is an app made for video gamers who want to join up with other gamers to play the games that they love. Upon starting up the app, the user is prompted to log in to a profile. Once selected, the user can view their personalized list of video games, start a search for new video games to add to their collection, and invite other gamers to a 'Squad' event. Once a Squad has been created, it will appear in the users' 'My Squads' section, where they can view all of their upcoming Squads, who has been invited to each Squad, and the date and time of each event. Our application gets all of our data from our back-end API, which sources the video game data from RAWG API. RAWG is a video game database that has over 800,000 video games, so our users will be able to find whatever games they like to play, on whichever platform they prefer.
