About me
Creating something new from scratch is something I have always been passionate about. Prior to software development, my occupation was that of the head baker at a renowned bakery. Being able to create pastries using raw ingredients was the perfect introduction into software development; seeing what is needed, being able to execute and present in such a way that leaves my code just as delectable as the pastries I made.

Demo Comp Selected in Mod 3: This is a back-end project designed to explore the fundamentals of exposing and consuming an API. Book Club builds community through literature. Users are able to connect through groups, messaging, and a plethora of books. Functionality is achieved by combining our own database, the Google Books API, and external communication APIs to allow real-time communication, discussions, and recommendations.
