I'm poised to dive deeper into software development, fascinated by its dynamic nature and the chance to craft impactful applications.
I have a passion for assisting people and problem solving, and that led me to client services. I have prior work experience with SaaS companies as an Implementation Specialist and a Customer Support Specialist. I gained a great deal of experience in customer satisfaction, as well as further developing my interpersonal communication skills.
I realized I wanted to have a deeper impact on the user experience with the programs they use and decided it was time to think bigger. Software development has been an interest of mine due to the constant growth and development opportunities as the industry evolves, and having the privilege of building applications that many users will be impacted by. Tech is an ever-changing field, and the opportunity to be creative is something that excites me.
