- USPS Mail Carrier: Transitioning to a more structured environment, I dedicated 3.5 years to delivering mail, honing my organizational skills and reliability.
- Ruby on Rails Developer: Now, I channel my logical thinking and problem-solving skills into developing web applications, continuously learning and adapting in the tech field.

This was a solo project where I got to flex my backend API-building muscles. The program consumes multiple APIs and serializes them together to create endpoints that can gather information about specific c countries, including short history videos, recipes and more.

Cheap Date is a project that I pitched, managed with Miro and developed with 4 other engineers. It consists of both a front and back end. The backend takes in the Yelp API and produces useable endpoints via serialization for the front-end to consume and turn into features via the Rails MVC structure. The resulting MVP is a helpful tool that can plan an affordable date for a couple based on their interests.

This is a solo project that is ongoing for me, which can send MIDI data to synthesizers/ drum machines and create complex sequences that are unique to a programming environment. I used the Unimidi Gem to help with getting my app to talk to my Synthesizer. Most MIDI sequencers in the industry are limited to music notation or the current needs of popular music. Using Ruby and VSCode to send MIDI messages is a great way to break the mold of electronic music production!
