About me
My passion for creative thinking and continuous learning led me to software engineering. With a background that combines analytical and design-thinking approaches, I enjoy solving complex problems while delivering intuitive and accessible designs. Though I am a Front-End developer (specializing in JavaScript, React, and CSS), I have recently gained experience with back-end technologies through a group project utilizing PostgreSQL and Express - ask me about it!

A mobile-friendly web app providing an inventory management system for Little Free Libraries in the Denver Metro area. This project was designed and developed using an Agile workflow, continuous integration, and real-world communication tools including GitHub, Miro, and Slack. I worked with one other dev on the front-end, building a React + TypeScript + Redux app to increase my knowledge of global state management and strong typechecking.

Solo project created over ~35 hours, as my final project of Turing's Mod 3.
Are you a goal-oriented outdoor adventurer? The Park Passport app helps people like you track how many US National Parks they have visited. Users can browse the parks list in a pleasing UI, collect badges for parks already visited, and see a live-updating display of their "Percent Visited" statistic. Using the National Park Service API, it provides additional information for each park to inspire and assist with planning future trips.
