About me
My name is Isaac Alter, a student at Turing learning back-end development, with a background in writing. I have knowledge on a myriad of programming languages, ranging from Java, C#, C++, SQL, and Ruby, and am capable of making creative works involving prose.
I received college education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs where I secured a degree in English Literature, alongside a minor in game design and creative writing. Currently I am receiving training in the Turing program.
I have traveled the world, and at one point spent nine months in Israel, where I immersed myself in the different cultures of that nation, and provided valuable volunteer work for communities.
I am looking to further my skills in the world of back-end development and to become a strong programmer that can perform admirably within such a career.
I can be reached either via LinkedIn or my email: isaacalter3924@gmail.com

A web platform that helps you understand the terms and conditions of services you sign up for in a simpler way. Instead of having to read through long and complex legal documents, you can copy and paste them into our platform and select the things you're most concerned about, like privacy or recurring payments. Our platform will then show you a summary of how those specific things might affect you, with an overall score that helps you see how good or bad they are. We also give you suggestions for what you can do if you don't like what you see. We want to make it easier for you to understand what you're agreeing to when you use a service, and help you protect your rights.

Whether Sweater is an application that aggregates data from multiple external APIs and exposes them through a JSON API with CRUD functionality. This was made to demonstrate my knowledge and ability to create my own API and consume third party APIs for it and handle the incoming data as needed.
