After spending my career in retail management, I discovered that I wanted to apply my compassionate and motivating leadership style into a field where I was continuously learning along side others. I made the decision to leave my former career as I was craving learning a new skillset and had a desire to be in a role that would provide me the ability to work in many different industries.

Ruby on Rails application that utilized OAuth to import a users Strava activity data, which then utilized the Brügorithm to calculate the amount of gas money they saved, and the number of beers in their BrüBank based off of calories burned from said exercise. The intended user would be those who favored a more eco-friendly mode of transportation, and/or who were passionate about exercise.

A Ruby on Rails application where a user would select a country and receive recipes and images from selected country. Two external API's were consumed, then aggregated to display the selected information to the user.
