About me

Adventure has always been a big aspect of my life if thats going to a different state or trying something new and that is how my journey into software development has been, different and exciting. Mixed with my desire to help people, I have a passion to create software that helps makes individuals lives a lot easier and I really want to create a lasting impact that way, big or small. My background in the military as a Public Health Technician has taught me how to work in a big organization with small teams to accomplish amazing things that seemed impossible and through every experience of accomplishing what I thought was impossible, my potential to accomplish bigger tasks only raises and not only the stars could contain what I will be capable of.

This project is a backend application that utilizes the SOA architecture to send weather data to a frontend application from a location the users request. The project utilizes 3 APIS calls to gather weather data from the requested location and generates a parsed customized JSON for the Frontend to consume. This includes 8 Hours, 5 days, and the current weather. The user also may create an account on the frontend where the email will be stored and an api key is generated and associated with that users account. The user may also request to user the roadtrip feature where the user picks 2 locations and weather data is sent to the frontend based on the distance of the 2 locations and approximate weather when the user arrives to that destination.
