I am an enthusiastic developing developer. During my time as a high school science teacher, I became highly skilled at leading teams in designing complex, multi-faceted experiences with high-stakes outcomes. Today, my abilities and understanding of software design, creation, integration, and testing are expanding exponentially. I am eager to discover opportunities that will allow me to incorporate my skills, creativity, and energy, in a manner that continuously provides avenues for growth. The decision to change careers was years in the making and I am so pleased I took the leap. I am finally where I am suppose to be.

Enigma emulates the Axis encryption/decryption process Alan Turing revealed during WW2. This application can encrypt strings of text using a complex algorithm and subsequently decrypt those same strings.
This was a solo project guided only by a list of end product requirements.
Written entirely in Ruby, this project demonstrates understanding of the core Ruby language and architecture
First use of more advanced software architecture incorporating levels of inheritance along with internalizing data from external sources.
