MyFlyBox was a 2 week cross-pollination capstone project during the final leg of Turing. MyFlyBox is a modern way for Colorado fly fishers to organize and keep track of their flies. A flyfisher is able to maintain their "tackle box", which allows them to add, edit, and remove a fly from their collection. Additionally, the user can either take or upload an image of a fish they've caught and add information of species, weight, length etc. If the species is unknown MyFlyBox will use a machine learning algorithm to identify the species and populate the missing fields.

My areas of focus:
Implement and train a machine learning API with the capability to identify 12 species of fish with an accuracy no lower than 84.78%. Learn React Native to utilize the phones camera to interact with MyFlyBox. Leverage agile workflow best practices to foster collaboration between front-end and back-end teams and deliver features as expected and on time.
