About me
A resourceful web developer in the office as well as a humble personal IT troubleshooter at your grandma's house. My name is Kiko and my hands have glided on keyboards since 6-years-old, making me computer literate before learning how to read. I thrive in all tech biomes from tinkering with vivid projector installations in art museums to tackling network issues at the state-level Supreme Court during a pandemic. My heart is equally fueled by my passion for design/art as well as the logic/coding of my brain. I am comfortable being uncomfortable when treading new languages, rare bugs, and understanding complex concepts as a front-end developer. Add me to your team and I am bound to unify us in entertaining yet focused, inclusive environment.

My Comic Book Guy Reviews
My Comic Book Guy Reviews
Tools Used
My Comic Book Guy Review is an entertaining application that displays over 200+ Simpsons episodes from a public API that users can rate as they binge through all seasons 1-10 of The Simpsons. The user can select any episode thumbnail from the bank to view its details which includes the episode's name, season, episode number, description, popularity rating, original air date and an image from that episode. From there, they may give it a rating of: "What the hell was that?", "Meh", or "Lenny Approved!". This will then move the episode thumbnail to its corresponding module on the home view. My Comic Book Guy Review was constructed utilizing React (v5), Router, Proptypes, media breakpoints for desktop/mobile displays, and Cypress testing. It took approximately 50 hours total to finish within a 6-day given timeframe.
