About me

Before Turing, I was a Program/Project Manager at Amazon.com helping to launch/build new warehouses Globally. I often saw a few coworkers with technical skills, who were able to remove daily blockers from our organization's daily non-tech job duties. I decided to learn SQL to make my life easier, and wanted more of that in my professional life. Moving forward after Turing, I want to work in a role that affords a lot of room for growth as a dev, with good mentorship!

Malt Matcher is the product of the work of 7 developers, who both collaborated on, and spearheaded different ends of the development process to create an app that centers around something we are all passionate about: BEER!

We worked with the React Framework on the Front-End and Ruby on Rails on the Back-End, and on both sides, we implemented GraphQL to create this app to find the breweries that carried our brew of choice.
