Birds of A Feather
Tools Used
Birds of a Feather's goal is to connect LGBTQ+ families together. A family can make events that other families can rsvp, and also rsvp to other family events.
Using MapQuest API the user is able to see event in their direct area and can RSVP as well as view the hosting families profile.
Future features include:
- Modern map tool (IE: Google maps)
- Customized location icons
- Community tags to show other families what communities they are part of

Tools Used
Discoverd is a React Native Application made for identifying plants in the world around you.
Users can upload images or take pictures with their phone camera and get suggestions of the plant it might be!
Suggestions link to a wiki page for further information on the plants.
Future features include:
- Saving suggestion user believes is the plant
- Seeing other identifications in a nearby area
- Allowing user to login and authenticate as a user
- Switch to a more developer friendly API
