About me

I am a capable and driven Software Engineer who loves taking on challenges and working on teams. I spent many years in public service as a Paramedic and Firefighter learning to be a reliable and communicative team member across several jurisdictions and am now putting those skills to use as a professional developer.

As a teammate I strive to be a reliable, engaged facilitator of open communication and cooperative dynamics. As a developer it is my intention to be in a consistent state of learning as I pursue my goals of gaining knowledge and building products that improve the lives of human beings.

Dungeonball is a full stack entertainment app for a user who doesn't understand football, but does know Dungeons and Dragons! The app converts NFL players to Dungeons and Dragons characters. It is designed so that a user can search for a player by name and then view that player's statistics and a description of why that player was classified as a specific class of character with the given ability scores. Additionally, if a user logs in with Twitter, they can save players to their party for easy access. This repo is to the Frontend half of the application. The backend half can be viewed here
