About me
As a Backend Software Engineer, I am passionate about utilizing my strong critical thinking skills, systematic approaches to solving problems, finding creative solutions, and love for teamwork.
I have experience leading, developing, and collaborating as a former educator, customer service representative, and fitness instructor. I can learn quickly and efficiently about the structure of the code base and help tech teams solve problems in a productive and consistent manner.
For me, backend development is about challenging myself and pushing my limits. I believe technology can enrich the lives of the users and the developers.
I am looking for a new opportunity to utilize Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss software development!

Stall Card App
Stall Card App

Tools Used
Stall Card is a progressive web app created to solve the challenges of running a large-scale horse boarding barn. Horses have very individualized care needs. These needs often change with the horse's age, health, weather, etc. Barn's with many horses and multiple employees often struggle to keep everyone up to date with these changes, and to train new employees who aren't yet familiar with every animal.
Stall Card addresses these challenges with an app designed for the barn manager. The user can add, edit, and delete a profile for each horse, which includes biographical details, feeding instructions, and important contacts.
